Rage Against the Machine singer Zach de la Rocha has a new band and they are called One Day As a Lion. Their self-titled debut EP will be released July 22, 2008. The collaboration is between Zack de la Rocha (Rage Against the Machine) and Jon Theodore (ex-drummer for The Mars Volta).

This is really exciting news. Sure it's no Rage, but seeing Zach de la Rocha recording again is great. Especially with Jon Theodore who is a phenomenal drummer. I'm curious to see what kind of music they will churn out.
