Do yourself a favor and pay close attention to this new track from Cloud Seeding.  You don't want to miss anything here.  Erie guitars and tortuous percussion, "Newer Testament" is anything but background music.  It's a complete departure from the project's first single which featured Marissa Nadler.  This one features Greg Hatem from Heart Of Hearts.

Honestly heartbroken about my favorite Beastie Boy MCA (Adam Yauch) passing yesterday. I feel as if a piece of my childhood left with him. Much, much love and respect. Thanks for teaching me about rebellion and later respect and responsibility. Truly a hero. He will be missed. Here is the obituary on BeastieBoys.com. And here's a bunch of twitter shout outs.

J Dilla’s Mother get Unreleased Tapes, Artifacts, Manuscripts

Fans around the world will now have the chance to hear new, previously unheard material by J Dilla, thanks to a record store owner in Detroit, who discovered hundreds lost tapes and other material created by the producer.
